Not all the notes are up but, I'll post some examples.
Death and Decay - Corrupts the ground targeted by the death knight, causing 88 Shadow damage every sec that targets remain in the area for 10 sec. Targets have a chance to cower in fear for 2 sec. This ability produces a high amount of threat.
(1 Blood 1 Frost 1 Unholy, Instant, 30 yd range, 30 sec cooldown)

and is now
Death and Decay - 28 Shadow damage every sec
Death Coil - Fire a blast of unholy energy, causing 276 Shadow damage to an enemy target or healing 414 damage from a friendly Undead target.
(40 Runic Power, Instant, 30 yd range)
and is now
Death Coil - 92 dmg and heals for 138
Etc. Almost every ability is nerfed more then 50% more damage reduction
