I would most definitely go with the Corsair Survivor if i had to pick from that list. I don't know if you have a Costco membership but Costco currently has the SanDisk 8GB Cruzer Micro for 30 dollars right now. I personally would go with SanDisk for any flash media (if you don't want/need more than 8GB).
U3 is pretty cool, its a portable app system thats built into the Cruzer Micros:

You either love it or hate it. I use U3 alot, its nice having a portable FF. WinRAR and OpenOffice that retains all my files and settings. You supposedly can also install photoshop and other apps but its a bit more complicated. If you don't want U3 you can get this one:
