my favorite flash drive is by ATP, called Toughdrive. its speed is alright, not superfast but better than others I've used. The best thing about Toughdrives is that they're practically indestructible - I've run mine through the washing machine and dropped it out a third story window onto concrete and it worked just fine after both. I've read that people have soaked them in water overnight and they still worked.
