ok, lets go over this slowly. I figured you would know what my computer is. If you click on start you will see an Icon of a computer with the Label "My computer" this is MY COMPUTER. Ok if you right click on that a little window will apear called a CONTEXT MENU. At the bottom of this menu there is a selection called PROPERTIES. THis will bring you to MY COMPUTERS properties. Once you are in there , there is Several tabs leading you to different functions. The function we want is ADVANCED. So we click on the advanced TAB. Now we are in the MY COMPUTER ADVANCED SETTINGS Location. Now there will be A button for SETTINGS in STARTUP AND RECOVERY. If we click that we are there!!
Now instead of typing an entire Essay on how to do this, i figured you had enough commonsence to understand the Fast version "Properties on My computer>Advanced Tab> Startup and recovery buton> Uncheck Automatically restart"
