I'd agree with Degausser, but eXHALE isn't much of a game "hack" as far as cheating goes. It's just more of an awesome interface for StarCraft.
KC pulled a few tricks out with his awesome self too. I wouldn't really vote it the best though.
I wanted to say Zynastor, but he's had his hack to develop with for a while now so I don't think it would be absolutely fair to vote him in without a "major" addition.

im serious on this one, the only one im did without being serious the the banned one. inhale was a very good hack, or compilation of hacks up until he stopped working on it.

I tend to agree with the consensus that Exhale is not a hack, and a lot of it was inspired by Kc's previous work anyway. My vote goes to Kc for sure.
