How to perm your runes (for good)

or u sell the to an npc.... that goes for any duped item. it cant be an item that is sokited but any duped charm or item or rune thats not sokited u sell to npc and its PERMD. for eva

This method does work good. I also like the opening of the trade screen than quit version, the sell to an npc version is far too risky.

i got a question, if you upgrade a rune, dont you kind of well, lose it?
i mean whats the point of upgrading the jah rune if you need it -.-

Actually, your best bet would be to find them yourself (sorry if that seems kinda rude, i honestlly don't inted for it to be)
