jonnie's true story

I have to warn you that this story is quite a sad one. If you are easily saddened by poor lost souls looking for their place in life or if blatant ignorance and self-loathing annoys you, you might want to skip this story and read some of the other topics and messages that frequent these boards. I'm sure you will find some level of stupidity and idiocy in most of them.

Once upon a time, there was an Internet user named jonniewakka. Of course, such a nickname is hardly uncommon but this jonnie was a special case. I guess you could say this jonnie was a misfit, a rebel, someone that just didn't give a damn about anyone or anything.

This jonnie once got in trouble at some other Internet message boards, a community called bwhacks. Not wanting to be confined by that community's 'strict' rules and regulations, jonnie said to hell with it all and got himself permanently outcast from said community. For a long time afterwards, jonniewandered various other hacking forum's, places created by various other people made to appear like bwhacks but without the strictness of the rules there. jonnie sought acceptance and popularity at said boards, having failed at achieving any kind of acceptance and/or notoriety at bwhacks.

Of course, in his own sick and twisted mind, jonnie felt he was already very famous at bwhacks but he never really was able to let go of the place completely, often bashing other people from there, often times behind their backs, spouting his racial and homophobic slurs that he often likes to use. This made jonnie feel good about himself and being surrounded by similar people with similar levels of ignorance and idiocy made jonnie feel like he was finally at home and at peace with himself. Yes... this is where we get to the really sad and pathetic part of this jonnie character.

You see, when jonnie was younger, he sought the love and acceptance from his own parents. Sadly, his mother never really loved him... and his father loved him a bit too much, if you catch my meaning. I'll skip those graphic parts because I know they bring back a lot of painful memories to little jonnieand that some of you might get off by the descriptions I give. Receiving no love from his own mother and having been abused by his own father, jonnie grew up to be a very deranged and disturbed young teenager. By understanding where he comes from, I'm sure each of you will realize why he acts the way he does and why he says the things he does. I'm sure he'll tell you that the reason why he uses racial and homophobic slurs so much is because he likes to offend easily offendable people.

Hatred is a powerful emotion. jonnie knows this emotion quite well. It fuels his very being, gives him the power to continue living his own sad and pathetic life when some others would choose exile or even, sadly enough, suicide. You might think that the hatred he feels is directed towards others because of how his life has been, how his mother never really loved him and how he felt angry at the world for his own inadequacies and wondering why his father chose to abuse him in such a manner. But no... the hatred he feels is not directed towards others... not even towards his father... it is directed towards himself...
jonnie has recently told me in confidence that he is homosexual. Most of you will think I am a liar and I'm quite sure none of you will believe me and he'll probably deny it. You will all think that I've made this whole story up as some way to insult jonnie or make fun of him or what have you. There is not much I can really do about that now, can I?. Some of you might also want to start making fun of him or calling him slurs like "faggot" or "queer" and whatnot but I plead with you to hear me out. jonnie was quite adamant with me about not revealing this information to anyone but I felt it needed to be said, so that we can all better understand what this poor soul has been going through the last few years.

jonnie hates himself. He hates what he is. He hates the fact that he's sexually attracted to other males. Therefore, he lashes out towards pretty much everyone and spits in the face of decent people. He feels he doesn't deserve to be loved, not by anyone... because he considers his attractions to be some kind of sickness to be ashamed of, somehow. Whenever he calls someone a "fag" or a "queer", it's like he's attacking himself, inflicting pain on himself because he hates himself so much. This also explains why there's such a high amount of homo-erotic tension in some threads jonnie participates in. By spouting his homophobic slurs and insults, he thinks that he will gain some kind of... how can I say... acceptance from others.

I ask each and everyone of you to consider jonnie's feelings in this and to not start calling him names or insulting him. I'm sure he will probably hate me for revealing his secret. He will have to learn to accept his homosexuality and assume it. He can't very well hide from it forever, under a veil of hatred and ignorance. Please accept him and his sexual orientation. Through acceptance and understanding, maybe jonnie will finally get the love and acceptance that he so greatly desires.

I'm sure some of you will ask who I am but trust me, it's completely irrelevant.
