Wouldn't it be possible to fake the outgoing packets into thinking blizzard you're on a different game (changing your icon in the process)? Maybe you could even get the blizzard staff icon. Just a thought...

I don't think it's possible. Otherwise, we'd see a flood of hackers on @Blizzard accounts booting random people and stuff like that.
I think it's a better idea to figure out what client Blizzard reps use and then emulate it :D
