Im sure this topic has come up at least once a month but it's always good to keep an open mind about music. Favorite bands? Favorite songs? Currently I've been glued to bands like Sonata Artica, Blind Guardian, Iced Earth, Demons & Wizards. They aren't well known bands because they did not originate or currently live in the US. Please reccomend some songs that aren't overplayed on the radio and the majority of the pop lovers dont already listen to obsessively.
Some amazing songs(in my opinion) listed below that.
Blind Guardian - Nightfall
Blind Guardian - Mirror Mirror
Blind Guardian - Lord of the Rings
Sonata Artica - Black Sheep
Sonata Artica - Letter to Dana
Demons & Wizards - Fiddler on the Green

I listen to some other bands like Dave Matthews, Counting Crows etc etc. But the bands listed above are generally all symphonic metal, progressive metal etc etc.

why are you asking about music on a StarCraft site? :blink: lol, maybe that would explain the excessive replies ur reseiving.

It's in the general section and it specifies you can "talk about pretty much anything". If topics were strictly confined to only "maphack/starcraft" conversations then the forum would die pretty fast for you can post only so much about bsing, hacking, and starcraft.

People on this site do listen to music I hope? I was just hoping to see some new bands listed and perhaps get a sense of new music I could broaden my listening habits too.

Fair enough, I was merely stating my observation. However, the lack of related music replies speaks for itself.

Agreed. I was hoping for more replies but I geuss these kind of topics just dont stick.

Edited: How about instead of commenting on how the thread "wasn't completely ignored" or "notice the lack of replies" why dont you just reply with something related to my questions?
