I posted this because I need some advice on how and what to say when I am put on the stand next month. Also, since a "terroristic threat" is a felony and because I am 18, it would be prison.

I have a major problem though. My "attorney" told me to tell the truth when I am on the stand. So if the DA asks me what I said to the police, I would be telling him something different than what was on the arrest warrant. If I do this, I will be made to look like a liar. Also, the arrest warrant has the wrong date on it. When the police officer started to drive away, I had to tell him to stop and buckle my seat belt.

im suprised you where allowed to stay here after what you did.ive never been arrested because im good enought not to get caught,ive broken into 4 houses stolen a car.i rob my local wal mart ever time i go there i own this one guy who sold pot to me a few years back like 500 bucks (he forgot but i didnt) and i set crap on fire regularly,i go out behind my house and start shooting at crap with a 22 caliber pelt gun( i did get caught for that but lied my way out of it) and oither evil things

Well..some basic info for when your next to the judge...always reply with Sir, like Yes Sir...i went to the municipal court.
The whole place was full of hookers and one guy was there cause a dog that wasn't his attacked someone and it was his neighbors dog and he got the blame i thought it was a very funny case. My friend who i was with when we got pulled over was pulled over again by the same guy who pulled us over the night we were drinking and driving and he tried to get him with a no license cause all the cop wanted was a easy pick up, but instead was blinded with a license to go to work and home from school. The cops in my town are bastards...macon is where police train in state of missouri and it makes it hard to get away with anything since their training program is breaking up a party for the new comers to the police.

I'm confident that atleast 1/2 of you are lying, but I will not point out exactly who to avoid flaming. I have never committed a crime, nor have I ever been arrested. My record is 100% clean. Ofcourse, I am only 14. I've still got alot of trouble to get into.

I'm sure alot of you think you are cool because you get in trouble, its not. If you try to defend yourself by saying "I don't think im cool.", it is completely unnecessary and unwanted.
