Yo I was wondering, Warcraft, Blizzard keeps on making that game better and better, I understand that but... Whats with Starcraft? Since Broodwar came out they've only been upgrading the patches, no more new Starcraft edition game? Or like Diablo, Then Diablo 2 And then they upgraded to Diablo 2: LOD and starcraft what? or is it that they wont do nothing else? or is it that hey hate Starcraft? Or is it that They are making a new Starcraft Game and they will not talk about it?

They're just bastards the reason they arent adding anything new is bcuz they're thinking why upgrade a poor d2 game

It is just a old game now. Like Diablo 1 or just Diablo. They stopped really with that whole thing. They don't really care about it now. There is like a in game dupe and they havn't done anything bout it now for some time.

u know why , because the people still like the first starcraft and blizzard is still making money and popularity of it... so when the starcraft 2 comes they make lots of money. lol.. thats maybe the reason dude and the first that comes up to my head .
look at diablo 1 , how much time they took to make 2
warcraft 2 bnet edition to 3 reign of chaos?

the other reason may b that they usually take more time developing the games to make it better

Like Miss said Blizzard doesn't care about the other games because they receive more money with war3 so they try to make it better and funier so more ppl will buy it.
And did u notice
Starcraft = 10$
Warcraft3 = 40$ Prolly becuz of the 3d graphics but blizz should still care about the other games <_<

blizzard doesnt hate sc, they came back for it in starcraft ghost and maybe starcraft 2 will come out soon in like 05 or 06, they still patching it up too

plus at sometimes of the day, starcraft is teh mosty played game if u do the /users itll say how many ppl are playing and ppl on bnet and starcraft is alot of the time, more than half the ppl on battlenet

ah, screw the new expantion. I'd rather wait a few years and see a better game engine (not just gfx) but ally pings, sharing units/resources much likes Miss's new hack =)

Anyways, i would camp SC2 for like a week b4 it came out

blizzard isnt developing a SC2 mainly because they have to overcome the perfectly balanced SC. Vanilla and BW are the most well-balanced RTS in the whole market, (u cant compare it to crappy ROC or TFT which is being constantly patched up) so Blizzard has to overcome the inmense challenge of surpassing the greatness of starcraft and its expansion.

i agree that all of the units on sc are balanced but theres still a lot of stuff they could do to make it better. like adding some of the features in war3 allied games.

I think it's fine as it is. We dont need anymore units nor buildings. What would be great would be able to tweak population capacity over 200 in UMS and extend the sprite count from 10k to 20k at least. So there will be no more "you cannot create more units" message while in a money map (not that i need this it would just be more of a thrill). Also money sharing and Pinpoint location from WC3 is a must.
