Default Nostalgia lol... The good 'ol days of Battle net

I post here rarely but lurk here occasionally...

I was cleaning up some cd archives I had packed in my closet and came across this cd back-up:

Wow, 5 years ago...

Random stuff from starcraft

Some old ass bots... Bonus tho, found my archive of about 1000 starcraft keys back from the old loading days.

Speaking of loading, how bout starcraft Japan hashes!

Even some old hacks from drakken's time of reigning.

I have hacks on here all the way back to 1.08... damn Sources of a few..

My old BW CD had a nice old crack along the middle of the disc. It extended to about 3/4 of the total disc's radius.

I was never active enough in the scene to get much of the private stuff, I was more into CS 1.5 back when it was the ****. I did work with Redrum and Overflow636 around the 1.10 patch. Since then, been to lazy (or busy) to make my own hacks. The MCAT is currently eating my lunch...

Why keep that **** around? After each patch, I just clear my hax folder of everything except the loader.

There are several reasons. For people who have technical skills (gamehacking), it can be used to illustrate the overall changes in relevant game code over the patches. Its also useful for sparking forum topics, much like this one. Plus, you never know when you will have an urge to play one of those old games, but only for a few minutes and instead of taking the time to install, patch, and find new hacks, you just install and play.
