Really, because you did that it means its not possible for it to be fake? Theres quite a few ways that it can be fake.

every time the computer gets called it plays a random clip of the phone getting hit by the hammer, which is superimposed onto a picture of the phone(or a video of it on a loop) so you can never tell. or it has a set number of hits on each recording of it getting hit, and they play it over and over, and pause it when not getting called.
