I doubt anything has happened yet. Separating oneself from alcoholism, I would assume, is a long and arduous task.

Anyways, my dad quit drinking for about a year, but decided to resort to casual drinking and trying his best to cut down on the amount. I don't know how he is doing with that right now because I am living on residence at the university...
