How do you hold your mouse?

I was just curious about the percentages of people that use different techniques for holding their mouse. From what i have read most people fit into 1 of 3 styles:

In this style, the user rests his palm on the mouse, his fingers wrap around the mouse buttons, and he relies on his forearm to move the mouse. There is very little wrist movement.

Unlike the palm style, the user does not rest his palm on the mouse. The palm rests on the table. But he still does wrap his fingers around the mouse to hold it firmly in place. He still relies on his forearm to move the mouse along the vertical y-axis (up and down). However, he uses his wrist to move the mouse along the horizontal x-axis (left and right).

This method is a little more unconventional in that the hand makes very minimal contact with the mouse. The palm never touches the mouse and the fingers only touch the mouse at the tips. Movement along the vertical y-axis is dependent upon the fingers pushing and pulling the mouse. Movement along the x-axis is dependent upon wrist action.

Modified claw (mini-laser mosue)

Palm makes contact with back of mouse, fingertips on buttons and wheel, thumb and ring finger on either side. Mostly wrist/finger movement, as my wrist stays flat on the desk.

Just curious; mine is so close that that grip doesn't work for me.

I find myself doing all three.
Plus, I switch between a small mouse and one that is much longer and fatter than it, so i do all three, I guess.

If you were to use anything other than the claw, I'm confident that you'd be greatly handicapped in terms of most types of gaming.
