I usually stay up till like 12, and get up at 6. Works for me.

Eh, I'm still going to high school. I feel pretty good when I get 8 hours of sleep every night.

i need my sleep, if i dont get a little sleep, say only 12 hours, im ****ing tired as hell all day, but i can stay up without feeling tired for about 36 hours, then i start feeling sleepy. I noticed that while hunting and gaming. as long as i dont sleep, i feel fine, but waking up sucks for hours and hours afterwards, i hate sleep.

Yeah, I have a Dutch friend whose nickname is insomnia because he will party and drink heavily or do other drugs for 72-96 hours in a row...then he'll sleep for a full day or something.

i cant eat for around 4 hours after waking, i feel sick, and im not hungry. Its like having the flu really bad, only it happens every morning and i dont throw up, though i want to.

luckily school lasts longer than that, and coffee reduces my sick feeling, so i drink alot of it at school.

A similar thing happens to me, but it's only for about 1-2 hours.
