Girl Cyber-Bullied to Death

Did you guys hear about the girl who got cyber-bullied so much, that she hung herself in the closet? Kinda sad. cause last year in grade nine, some guy in my school hung himself cause he got cyber-bullied too. It's actually pretty serious now. So what do you guys think about it anyways? I mean Isn't it selfish?

People should be able to deal with bullying, if you can't handle it, especially over the internet, then you're seriously messed up. For somebody to kill himself, the idea has to be in his head already.

A) Bullying is not "cool", but it is a fact of life. The world is full of bullies. If you can't handle it, by all means GTFO.

B) People who make threads like this and spend time talking about these people are perpetuating the issue. These people are attention whores, and do this for the attention and your pity. Do not feel sorry for them. Do not talk about them. Do not call for them to be sheltered from the harsh realities of the world in which we live. This leads them to believe that they are succeeding in their objective to garner attention they earned by publicly show-boating their own demise, and such activity is only cause for more hopeless fools to follow suit.

C) There is a similar thread just below yours in the index of the Serious Discussion board. I say this because I am assuming you cannot read or write and have some sort of in-home care person helping you with this crazy "interweb thingy". It touches on just about everything I'm sure you were hoping to touch on with this thread. Copy+Paste my responses from said thread into this one. Try to add to existing threads before making new even more useless ones about events that occurred months ago.

Excuse me, posting exactly what I did? I summed up your whole post in one sentence, and it made up only one sentence of the two involved in the point I labeled as 'A'. Care to explain how your post magically conveys my thoughts without the words being there?

If you didn't deserve the "idiot" comment before, you definitely do now. Learn to read. And unless you plan to add to someone elses words, do not quote an entire post and add nothing relevant. What was the purpose in quoting my whole post other than to bring attention to your stupidity and lack of reading comprehension?

I'm sorry, you seem to have assumed that I meant that I posted every single word that you did, instead of what I actually meant, which was that the point of my post was included in yours, yet you called me an idiot for making it.

Say what you mean, mean what you say. The only reason the meaning of your post can be misconstrued is because you are an idiot that couldn't assemble a coherent thought if your life depended on it. With that said, the reason I called you an idiot initially is (1) I generally just don't like you, and (2) your post had factual deficiencies. And, as previously mentioned, your subsequent posts more than make up for the first in stupidity, thereby validating my observation.

In addition to suicide not being "cool", there is no psychological requirement for a suicide "victim" (I don't see them as victims, save to their own stupidity, but what's important to the relevancy of this discussion is continuity) to have contemplated suicide prior to attempting to commit the act itself. As a matter of fact, most people who attempt suicide have never contemplated it prior to the time they started thinking about it before subsequently attempting it. Suicide is an act of emotion and desperation, the only people who methodically think it out are those who merely failed their initial attempt and want to actually succeed the second, third, or fourth time around. On the other hand, those people who constantly think about killing themselves very rarely attempt to commit suicide, instead turning their self-hate on others. It is a well documented mental health professional protocol to first treat people who carefully craft detailed suicide plans prior to treating those who have recently made a superfluous yet pitiful and unsuccessful first attempt, because unlike the latter the prior is not only a danger to themselves but to others as well.

They can not ignore it because they are already weak minded. That is why they let the morons on here get to them, and that is why they eventually kill themselves. I don't give a crap out chemical imbalances or their need to seek counseling. The basic issue is that they are in the shallow end of the gene pool and should go ahead and kill themselves before they breed and create more inferior people. This is the problem with the world today, way to many stupid people are being kept alive by agencies like OSHA and laws that make the morons do what is just a good idea. If people don't want to wear a seat belt I say good, let them go through a windshield and no longer steal oxygen from the rest of us, no sense making them follow a law that will just keep them alive.
