PS2 Emulating

Does anyone have any idea how to load emulators and roms for the PS2 like PGEN and Snes-Station onto the PS2 using a flash device and/or cheat device like gameshark/codebreaker?

like does anyone know the method how to load'em onto the ps2 using a flash device? i tried zophars and most of it is using a cd-r and stuff
