how are you getting that fast dl speed? im using my fileplanet subscription high speed download and only getting 200 kbps

7 Mbps isn't all that fast. Certainly nothing to brag about.
I've seen 21 Mbps for a residential customer. And I've seen OC-12 (622 Mbps) for a business customer.

you are a idiot if you really think someone on a 7mbps line verses a 21mbps line will notice much of a difference in page load times and downloads.
figuring the american average is 4254 kb/s, id say my connection is pretty damn fast.
