I saw a lot and they were red lights and im just like eh... saw this one and bid! Hopefully all I have to do is reline the tray... Then I have to buy the power supply and cables and then mod it. HA

good luck fixing an unreliable console. even if it wasnt broken already, id assume it would break within a week of heavy use, if not within a day.

Thats the point homie, broken things can be repaired, or to be resold. Its a good buy and he would get more experience on fixing it.... why would u assume it will fail? why the hate? stop the negativity and be positive?

the 360 has a high failure rate in the first place, so getting one thats already broken is odd.

if hes selling it after he fixes it ok, but if he uses it beware.

Now all you have to do : go into a computer store, buy a 360, put this broken one in the box and send it back and say it doesn't work! profit.

Lol people have tried this, I always check the serial numbers ;-)

And its not broken horribly like 3 red lights broken. The disc drive simply doesnt come out "smoothly" Little grease here and there and BAM 80 dollar 360 on its way to be modded.

That or just buy a new disc drive. I can't imagine it being hard to find spare part vendors online.
