Creating A Thunderbolt With Imageready
Make your canvas w/e size.
Filter>Render>Clouds Filter>Render>Difference Clouds Ctrl-i to invert Ctrl-l and set middle box to .1 As you can see my result below...  If you liked, add rep plz  |
