Okay, cutting **** out is tedious/hard. So when you don't cut out a picture perfectly, there's usually a bit of the background color left over. Select the layer your cutout is on, and go to
and select however many pixels you want. It doesn't do the job perfectly, but it saves you some time. Use the eraser tool to erase leftover background bits.;)

I think theres a hidden message behind the popup box. O.o;
In either case this is a very useful tutorial. keep up the good work, also you could try using a bit of the feathering technique by right clicking in your selection or goto the selection box or such. It gives your image a very interesting cut out effect. the less you feather, the less it blurs |
