This technique is pretty easy to use.
1. First off open a sig and the render that you want,make sure the render does not have a background,if it does get rid of it. 2. Push v(move). 3. Put the picture in the sig 4. Now use the polygon lasso tool and select around the image.It does not have to be perefect. 5. Right click ,feather 15-20 pixels. 6. Right click select inverse and hit Delete. 7. Add the color with Ctrl+U (and maake sure the colorize box is ticked)to blend with background. 8. Flatten image if u want.
