Done with Adobe Photoshop CS2.
This will be a rather quick tutorial, but it has a really nice end result. First- Get a render! - Im going to use two renders to show how nice it is. ![]() ![]() Second- Now Dublicate the layer your render is on. (ctrl+j) Third- Select the dublicated layer, and go to Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur. And set the mode to around 3.0 or 2.5, those are close to the best. Fourth- Take the dublicated layer, make sure its over top of the render that has not been blurred. And set the Blending Mode, which is found on the layer window, and set it to lighten. ![]() ![]() Looks even better in sigs. ^^ . Fifth- Now for a different kind of effect to the render. Instead of setting the blending mode to Lighten, change it to Darken. And you will get a much more different effect. ![]() ![]() I don't use this effect that much, but it does look pretty damn sexii. =) . This is kinda small, but it has a nice ffect that I think people who have Photoshop here. Should atleast try it out a few times in their sigs. Hope it helps. ;) Would also like to Thank Knockdownshawn's website for the hosting of these pictures. <3 Fallen Inc.
