Filter Effect

I noticed someone had asked Fallen how he did the effect in the Photoshop Thread. I anwsered in writing on how to do it, but pictures always make it better. So here it is, just a few simple steps, but in the end it looks pretty good.

**The final effect will look a little better when you do it yourself, had to compress it a bit and lost some quality.

Haha, was kinda surprised when I stumbled on the way to do this myself.

And about the hot guy, decided to keep in Fallen's tradition from the PS thread.

i love it when people are nice enough to put the PS menu pics up there. i know it isnt very difficult to do that but nevertheless nice tut.
