[Tutorial] Drawing anywhere to the SC screen

Ok, I know not many of you still hack starcraft, but here's a tut a wrote a while ago, it was released at Jakor's site Cyberogue, but the site is dead now and I'm releasing it here =p.

Enjoy, if you have any problems following through , feel free to ask. This is aimed for moderate to advanced hackers, newbs beware...

Note: I wrote this tut a long time before I actually figured everything out. If you're actualy planning on using this and need some clarification on some things, I'd be glad to explain.

Also, using a similar method you can draw icons anywhere on the screen you'd like, I was going to include it in this tutorial but eh.

One final thing: I won't be able to help you with things like "Is this the address you have for x version?", etc, because I no longer have SC installed. I will however be able to help you on the actual procedure and design questions, etc.

SC has it's own DDraw fxn's already, just use those.

The attachment is missing. Can anyone upload it or explain how to do this in C++? Are there simply two functions in SC that I can use to write text and draw an icon on the screen, or would I have to manually do it? If the first, does anyone have the offsets for 1.15.1-1.15.3 and a list of their paramaters? Thanks!
