When I read the thread about "How fast is your internet" I started hearing types of internet that I never heard of before. And decided to do some research.

List pro/cons of different types of internet, and explains them. Dialup, cable, dsl, satelite.

I've also heard about in the future, they will be supplying internet through the power outlets in your house. Does anyone know anything about this, and can supply some good sources on it? Everything that I've found is crap.

Cisco CR-1 - 92Tbps is the fastest that I know of.
