Default Picking a HDD compatible with my mobo.

Okay, so I'm trying to pick a hdd for my new computer, and I can't figure out if these 2 I found are compatible with hte mobo.

Hdd one
Hdd 2

mobo

I'm confused, because the mobo says it is compatible with SATA I, but I can't find anything with "sATA I", just like SATA 150 and stuff like that. Would these 2 hdds work with the motherboard I have or not?

Thanks in advance.

SATA I is the same as SATA150 but you wouldn't have known that. I would just get the seagate its alot cheaper, seagates have never failed me before.

For future reference, SATAII is also known as SATA 3.0gb/s. Oh, and ATA133 and below are generally IDE.

SATAII is also called SATA300 some times.
