Good hard drive partitioner?

Hello! I am trying to install linux, and so far it's partitioner won't work to resize the main drive, so I'm trying to find one for windows. Any good ones that people have used? (Good enough to use Azereus to get for free if it costs money?)

Windows Disk Manager
Start > Run > diskmgmt.msc

Ok, now I have other problems. You can close this thread, because I'll probobly make a new one if norton partition magic doesn't work agian...

Use your Windows CD, and re-format.

Obviously, when someone is trying to partition their HDD, they're trying install something and don't want to lose their files: ex: Windows Vista.

Funny, I just had a friend ask me about this yesterday. He used Partition Magic, same I used to use, although I haven't used it in years, not sure if it's still effective.
