Now what? How do I get access to it via Outlook Express?

I've never used outlook... I can't find any info on Microsoft's POP and stuff like that.. Anyone have an idea?

I used to have it in Word 2000, I would like scream when I accidentally clicked on it cause it would always laggggg my computer- it would freeze for 5 minutes while I tried to type an essay.

Microsoft Does not have POP available for 3rd party email clients like Mozilla Thunderbird
UNLESS
