Grub error 21
When I got home today so i boot up my computer it shows up Grub 1.5 error 21 and I was omg. So now I'm stuck using the live cd until it gets fixed. Help! how do i fix this, i tried googling

If it doesn't say a HD is connected, open the case and check your cables. Check the IDE ribbion and the power cable, ie. push them in even if they look ok. If those are good, then you're going to have to check the jumpers on the HD.

Ok i got it to boot into windows xp, but i have to hit esc and say it to boot in with my external hard drive or esle it will say the grub error 21. my question is how do i make it so i can start win xp without going to my external hard drive and how do i remove grub.

@tempest I have 3 hard drives 2 internal 1 external. hard drive 1 (internal windows xp media center installed on here, along with grub) hard drive 2 nothing is on here. Hard drive 3 (external linux is installed on to here)
