bootable registry editor

does anybody know of a bootable windows registry editor? i've got a pc that has something wrong with the registry and i need to get at it. the only thing I found is Avast! BART CD but that caosts $$ (can't find warez of it, PM me if you do) and they won't send me the trial version. I just want to avoid installing windows on a different partition and getting at the registry that way.

BARTPE CD is free...

MiniPE is just as free and much more useful. You can find it on torrent sites.

i ddn't know miniPE had a registry editor, I'll for sure use that.
