Starcraft - Playing With No-CD

I'm trying to play SC with no CD, and I followed the instructions from here:

Blizzard Support

But, it's not working. I even re-installed the game, and followed the steps again and it still didn't work.

I get this when I try to run the game:

I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate 32-Bit. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Are you patched up to the current version before trying? And are you using a CD or ISO?

Yes, I downloaded the latest patch (1.15.2) and applied it.

I have a legit copy of the game.

1. Go here; Blizzard Store
2. Sign up and confirm.
3. Click account settings.
4. Click add serial key, and add it.
5. Download Starcraft and Broodwar when prompted.
6. Use the 26 didgit key for your serial key when Starcraft asks for it.
7. Win.

Any idea why I keep getting this error when I try to download from Blizz?

Try clearing your cookies/using another browser.
