Well i never used a ide, for linux, i alway did everything by hand, using just a text editor like "joe" and i hate having to make a configure shell scripts, and or make files. so does anyone know a good C/c++ ide for linux. NO rpm or binary file installs plz, i would like the source code. Im looking for something thats kind of like VC++ 6.0

Under Linux, I used to used Emacs, Gedit(Coloration
syntactic include for most of programming language for Gnome user), or even Code Blocks (the last version released works onLinux (Ubuntu & Debian, 32 & 64 bits)). Nice coding. ![]() ps: links : Emacs Gedit Code::Blocks [Already suggested I know] |
