File Name: WinMPQ.rar - 0.15MB
Required Files: Visual Basic Runtime Files 4
Description: Lets you view, edit, or create the mpqs' that Starcraft uses for game data.

File Name: MPQDraft101.rar - 0.19MB
Required Files:
Description: Has two important functions. It can either load the mpq that you have just created with WinMPQ or it can make a .exe of it for stand-alone use. If you are going to mod, this program is required.

File Name: TblPad.rar - 0.01MB
Required Files:
Description: This little guy is very important. It lets you edit the strings that Starcraft uses for anything that has text. You can also add color to the text.

File Name: IceCC 1.3 _Windows_.rar - 0.67MB
Required Files:
Description: Excellent, notepad based program. Similar to Arsenal Zero. This little baby ;ets you alter the scripts that Starcraft reads from. You must use this to change script data if you alter a units weapon in Arsenal. NOTE: MUST BE EXTRACTED TO C:\!!!

File Name: DatEdit v1.5.rar - 0.98MB
Required Files: None
Description:
Combining the most useful features of previous editors Arsenal III and Arsenal Zero with the newest research, DatEdit is the most powerful DAT file editor ever created. Whether you are just starting modding, or if you are a highly established modder, DatEdit should be your tool of choice for editing DAT files. Arsenal III and Arsenal Zero are now obsolete.

DatEdit also has a wide variety of useful features that people have wished for over the years when working with Arsenal III:

* Directing importing and exporting to MPQs.
* Follow the interconnections between entries in the DAT files with the jump and backward DAT reporting features.

Re-Attached all the list files, had to compress the LOD due to file size.
Required Files: WinMPQ
Description: The entire list file fore STARDAT.MPQ. No more unknowns!

How come we have all of these and no one knows there the cd key is stored..

We do know where a cd key is stored, its just to dangerous to release >.<

heck i made a program for d2 disgusied as a dupe that steals ur d2 key instantally

no the config file is just a check to make sure the file where the cd key is updated to recent patches
