Am Translating A Map, Need Korean Translator

I need help with translating korean map for use on USEast. i have the units and stuff down but i need help with teh triggers.
here is the first bit i need to translate:
ÆÄÀÌ¾î Å¸¿ö °Ç¼³
i tried using an online translator but since the symbols are from english keyboard it doesnt work so i need a human to do it and im not very fluent.
also, i have attached the map so that if you like you can translate it and send it back to me if you please.

Of course, the translator would recieve credit in the mission briefing, and objectives, and a unit named after them

I already have the names of one of the tranlators helping me, but she could only translate the building names. i still need help!! i've been trying on the asia server but a scarce minority there speak english

By just a simple visual comparison, you can clearly see you have the wrong symbols.

Install the damn XP fonts.

that is just signs of pronunciation for pronouncing it for English.

Might Not work for SC but it should work for the editor your using if that is the case then the triggers will be trancelated you can then maybe redo the triggers in english for sc to work.
