I used it with a friend of mine, and apparently for some reason, just that one time we used it, it made all Terran stats maxed out to 9999. And we were like WTF. And it was during the middle of a game, so we were totally surprised. I had used it before then and all it had done was make things instant build. It never changed stats like that before XD
