Why even use windowblinds? Just download themes and extract them to your windows themes directory. You don't need to run any processes or anything.

This is the windows theme I'm using right now. Just extract it and in the "themes" folder double click on "Windows XP Luna Royale.Theme", right click on your desktop, go to properties and set it as your windows theme under the appearance tab. I'm using this with the firefox theme I think it makes a pretty sexy desktop. (I don't think you're an idiot, I just explained it thoroughly so anybody else that was interested knew what to do)

The only file you need is "vista-black.jar". The others are just extra addons and crap. In firefox, go to tools > add-ons > themes and drag and drop the vista-black.jar file into the firefox window.

Because there are more high quality skins to choose from. I have that luna skin already, I have that one set on the guest account. My account is much awesome-er.

yea I'd look better if I had a good vista theme, I'm using windowxlive's theme right now, and that's like the bluish toolbar so it doesn't really go well. I use blackjapanMAX too.

im tryin to install the luna theme ...
so i double clicked the .theme
and then theres nothing in the appearance thing ...

It's probably under the themes tab then when you go to properties.

And then if you want to change the color to black go to the appearance tab and do it from there.
