MSVCP71.DLL ERROR WHEN LOADING OBLIVION

IT SAYS THAT THIS .DLL FILE IS MISSING WHEN LOADING OBLIVIN THEREFORE OBLIVION WON'T WORK.. Any body know how to fix this problem. your help would be much appreciated
