Seems like something he would say.
I guess I was expecting a detailed plan, but maybe something simple like that is the way to go.

Some fixes Id recommend, would be to eliminate capital gain tax. Eliminate fraud and federal spending where it goes to wall streets pockets, without return. Completely reform the economy market.

I have insider sources, something will be done by Thursday. Whether I agree with it or not, Ill have to wait and see, but some bill in a similar form will be through most likely Thursday at the latest.

Ugh. There are so many problems with Americans on average these days that this sort of thing will probably go unnoticed by most until the country crumbles.

Your common knowledge astounds even me. However i will say you did call this one. How long do you think we have until it's 1928 all over again?

Honestly, our economy fell only 7%. This is a far gap from 1987's The Great Depression 2, also referred to as Black Monday, where the government like yesterday, also stepped in to intervene and save us. But they saved us from a 22% fall then. As for 1928, the gap is so far substantial I doubt it will come to that anytime soon. Today, even if the economy fails, we will far off better because of the magnitude of quality goods we can simply trade. We didn't have the capabilities of doing that in 1928. Our biggest problem with the economy right now, really is fear. Fear that you'll wake up, and your bread basket will be empty, or gas tanks will be on E. We need to stop being governed by fear, and accept the fact that we can invest money, and loan it to those who have credentials of giving it back. A big thing is student loans, almost no one wants to lend out the money anymore, but if our children aren't becoming educated, in 10 years the money will stop coming anyway, because they cant produce it by selling goods to each other.

Yeah, if Citibank won't process my student loans next semester, i'll basically be ****ed. I can still go to Community College, however with how much i make at my job.

Id go to 2 years community anyway, simply because of the price. Make sure you have secondary setup to transfer. Its cheaper, gets basic classes out of the way, and then when you go to a better school that's all that's put on the degree.

Henry Paulson, Bush's economy secretary, got down on his knees to beg Nancy Pelosi for support on this bill. Despite what you say about restoring honor, and integrity to the White House under Bush, at least when Clinton had someone kneeling he was just getting blown.
