This is good, rapidshare is a **** upload site anyway, I have no idea why so many fools use it. Use megaupload it's way better and it's got a happy hour that lets you download as much as you want. It also has a 1gig dl limit(when not using happy hour) before you need to reset your ip, and the speeds are way faster than rapidshares.

Only reason I use rapid is because they dont have the BS adds everywhere, and I can see my download button w/o other bull**** blocking it or making me click through things

You do realize that the toolbar necessary to use happy hour has spyware, right?

I love rapid share, so many uploads, using rapidshare manager I can download a wii game in 30 mins.

Yeah, it's definitely good. Obviously after legal actions are taken against rapidshare, all anti-piracy movements will halt and megaupload will be the new rapidshare.

Yeah, makes perfect sense, totally.

I just don't know why people hate rapidshare.. I have an account for my warez and uploads and I have never had problems with it. The speeds are rather fast for me ( I can get around 175 kbs normal or 350 on a good day)

People just don't seem to like it.

Like I said 4.5 gb wii game done less then an hour

Yeah, i can download movies in less than fifteen minutes with rapidshare usually, torrents don't even beat that here.

If RS died it would be a godsend. It would mean MU being the standard instead of the ****e that is RS. (this is coming from someone who actually has an RS premium acc)

If rapid stare can't figure out how to keep itself out of trouble with the law, but other sites can, then I am sure they are simple getting what they had coming.

One thing I have seen them do is almost make piracy seem legal with deceptive adds. Also, they advertise their premium accounts with deceptive information like you will be legally be buying the product you will download. I am going off of memory, but this is what I have seen from this site in the past.
