unable to private message others on battle.net

hi

Ive been getting this weird issue lately where i am unable to send private messages to others. for example, if i type "/m josh hey" the system will respond by repeating what i said in yellow.... but the person (josh) will never receive the message.

has anyone experienced this problem?

I also might add that im using a muted cd key..... but its worked before.. so why isnt it working now? i alsooooo get pretty obnoxious when im playing and tend to use profanity (who doesnt?) but could someone have reported me?

BWhacks = BroodWarHacks
and yes you must be crazy muted is muted meaning no talky
