host hack- i've used bim's race changer/ host hack for 1.10 and i dunt understand how it works and now some guy (lol98) says he wants me to host a version for 1.11 would this be ok wit u guys or is it too destructive for the sc community. it suposedly lets you change other peoiples race if u host the game

Dont be so stupid. It has nothing to do with GOOD hacks. You can release any GOOD hack here, as long as it has no malicious effects on battle.net.

If you join a game do you want the game host to change your race? No? Ok.

its not that we don't want public hacks any more. We understand the effects of malicous bnet hacks. Hacks of this nature destroy the integrity of bnet and create chaos. I guess to understand where we come from, think about the long lasting effects instead of what would happen if just you used it.

My only problem with what you moderators are saying is that your point is really mute. I doesn't matter what people do to you or other people on b.net. It is just a game. If you are going to be a hack hosting site, then host hacks or don't. You see my point?

Look, having the best archive of bwhacks on the net sounds like your purpose...gamethreat is the best forum, right? So, malicious or not, just host the hacks or don't. It is kind of like your selection hack DT. Someone else will just make it and release it. Do you want glory, or are you just having fun? Besides, releasing host hack/race changer and many others will just encourage people to learn how to protect themselves. Then, the antihack list will grow.

I'm still waiting for OverFlow to build a dll for Damnation that includes his lag defender and lag hack...the lag hack WAS most definitely malicious in intent...i used it to mess with BS'ers, but I'm sure many people had other purposes for it. Are you gonna get into Overflow's face is he re-releases this? I doubt it, cause you recognize Overflow's skills and integrity. And, it encourages other people to build an anti-lag hack, as i've already said...

Lemme know how you feel about all of that. And remember, some other site will just host the malicious hacks...why not be the one-stop hack shop?

unimailer you do understand integrity, right? You know what that means, in a networking/game since? Their is a reason that only the HOST can move people around, and only PEOPLE can select their own race etc...

It's too keep integrity. Now, as you previously stated, yes, there are other hacking sites and some have relasesed HH//RC. What you fail to understand is we don't care about other sites, this is our site, and we rule it as we see fit. If you don't like the rules, then GTFO. We don't hack for glory, we hack because it's fun and challenging and we don't care about being a l33t haxor.

It's really that simple, we don't care about other sites, we hack for fun, and if you want to make HH//RC fine, but don't release it here.

No, apparently you dont understand integrity. That hack has nothing to do with BWHACKS integrity, it has everything to do with the integrity of SC/BNET.

You've discused your idea on a public topic and you have recived your answer, though not to your likeing.

I am not confused. We just differ in opinion. I do not see the need for b.net integrity. That is where we differ. Hacking on b.net doesn't need an approval from anyone. It is what it is, like you said, for the fun of it. If I had any skills, I would enjoy hacking and creating my own.

If you want me to say how I REALLY feel i would love too, but I am too afeared of getting banned... If you would like me to stfu i understand.
