Wow. If the StarCraft II wasn't on the corner down there, I woulda thought this was pretty much WarCraft IV.

You forgot to watch the attack animations, the background, the terrain, the everything, and see how it's almost the same as any WC III thing.

I guess everyone has their own opinion. Starcraft has always looked like that, albeit 2-dimensional. Don't forget that they're made by the same company, they're going to bear SOME similarities.

as a STRATEGY GAME it lacked all that matters:
almost no micro you simply line up your units and let them hit each other 20 secs (all got the same range anyway), the unit speed is Hilarius slow, futures the lovest unit cap known to man, war3 includes a LUCK FACTOR with all the hero drops being unknown.

War3 is suiteble for slow people, starcraft is a speedy strategy game for people capeble of handling many things at once.

war3 did fail miserably at the graphic part too. And I really wish and hope starcraft 2 don't go down the same way and does the same misstake(s) making it a second class strategic game.
But I guess its still beta. But starcraft 1 has a lot better graphic than starcraft 2 beta at the moment, even thou its 2d.
At least it gives you a feeling THIS IS A TANK made by a human like species instead of THIS IS A CARTOON TOY made at toyshop.
