Has anyone else seemed to notice that most of the new/updated units in SCII (particularly the Protoss) are like "the final line of defence" or super heavy units that can only be built/used sparingly? Like the Immortals, the Crucio Seige Tank, Thors, the Colossus, the Warp Rays, the Mothership, etc... You get the point, but I wonder if this is in an attempt to change the game mechanics... Like to force you to use a multitude of units instead of sticking with one type like in the original.

Can you imagine a map like Python? Bring in 5 reapers through the back, jumping through cliffs, and boom. Their economy is done. These units kind of take away from the SC we all know too well...
