It would appear I accidentally put the single core and dual core versions in the same RAR.
The smaller of the two EXE's (freeze.exe) is the one that works on dual cores. I doubt anyone has a quad core CPU but if they do go ahead and post and I'll go ahead and make it work with those too. |

i have a question...
u said something about \\computer\C$ as a network drive. what exactly is it? i found soooo many vulnerabilities in these school computers it isn't even funny because these school computer technicians are getting paid for doing jack squat. Right now i figured out how to get a "less limited" account. I tested with Windows 2000 and XP computers, and they both work. We have a program called Deep Freeze that erases every file change or every spec of data you changed on the pc back to default settings after you log off. By logging on to a computer I have logged on before I can easily unplug the network drive and receive a temporary account profile that lets me even access the registry. I can also map network drives and view drives i could never seen before...every drive in the whole school district. Now i wanna know what \\computer\C$ is because you said you could make computers execute a file upon start. thanks for help :P

I should seriosly rename this as one of my teachers document files on our server and watch as everyone in the class tries to open the file and BOOM CRASH SMOKE ROLLS OUT OF ALL COMPUTERS (except mine). Wow that sounded noobish.

You both suck for necroposting. To add an icon, you would need to recompile the app with the icon in a resource file. And, any infinite loop will effectively freeze the PC, then all you have to do is hook the keyboard to disable alt+f4, ctrl+alt+delete, and alt+break.
