Is this supposed to keep the executable still runable? Or is it just a general encryptor? It seems like the executable is supposed to remain executable, unfortunately it doesn't work. All three .exe's I put through it did not run afterwards.

It doesn't work with some executables.

For example: Already packed files, NET files etc.
