@carp3 thats because perma is retiring

@demon i have vista and it works fine, make sure you are running the program as administrator

I have the same problem, but I can't run is as administrator, can teach me how?

to run a program as administrator there are 2 ways in vista, first way you right click and click on "Run as administrator" but that way is a pain in the ass, the second way which most people do is to right click and go to properties (this works for shortcuts too). Then go to compatibility tab, then near the bottom there is a "Privilege Level" box and in this box there is an option "Run this program as an administrator", you want to click on that box so there is a check mark there then hit ok, your good to go now.

you do not have to activate teh hack for the kill -ah to work, if you dont want to have a maphack then dont activate it

Because gattacall used his premium membership to make premium hacks detected by Dota-Client (afaik).
Furthermore he is suspected to be falltime (developer of DotA-Client) as his comment shows:

This is FallTime, most probably. Mother ****er trying to get info from every popular and reputable WCIII website. He is trying to make a breakthrough in DotA - but the ass knows he won't gain any success without using his third party DotA Client. His sorry little ass is trying to assimilate the whole DotA community to use his third party.

Furthermore... he's holding these ridiculous contests, with monetary prizes to see who can hack his system. Best of all, he's really in here to BUTCHER PANDAMINE'S -AH (AMH) system - and prove to IceFrog that AMH is nothing compared to his DotA Client. He's posting these anti AMH hacks out of jealousy - because IceFrog is not recognizing his work for DotA Client.

If any of you ever see FallTime... tell him to suck ur dick... or lick ur puss.

Sometimes, the process continues running even though you exit the program. Try going to Task Manager and manually ending the process, and trying to delete the file again.
Or try restarting your computer.
If all else fails, try a tool such as Unlocker.

first make sure your admin, if you are on an admin account and still cant what you do is open task manager. go to the processes tab, there you will see gattahack.exe or something like that. look near the bottom of the window there should be 2 buttons, show prcesses from all users, and end process. click on the show processes from all users, if you are running an admin account click on this button essentially will run task manager as admin which you can do manually too, now you should be able to stop the gattahack.exe process.
