Say I host a game and my latency is usually high so no one can join. Then I use this cool program to fix my latency. Can people join the games I host now?

No, that's a different problem. Usually caused by your router or firewall.

i used this program but how come sometimes my in-game messages get cut short and all messed up? Sometimes i didn't even load up the program but it still does it. is it gonna be like that forever even when i dont use the low latency? plz help thx.

Obviously if it does it without it then it's not the source of the problem.
