Errr i dont know how to explain it.
Jump in a server with your friend, and get him to click to move a unit back and forth (not patrol), he will feel slight delay before the uni moves. Change it to 50ms or whatever and it will reduce it (the unit will react instantly). It also removes hosts advantage because he has no delay. |

Not sure if the file is safe, how delay reducers work is by removing the games inbuilt fake-lag on actions, by default each player has a minimum delay of 250ms which gives severyone a fair chance. For example 'custom game hosts' will always have 0ping, but with Warcraft III's 'lag cap' even if you're host you'll receive a 250ms delay penalty to all your actions. Delay reducers modify the game so you can have zero delayed actions.

This is not an Hack...
It's a feature that all good hosting programs got these days, like this Delay Reducer, Dota-Client, LainEth, Visual Custom Kick, et similia; Listchecker too reduces the latency to 100 (from the default 250 of b.net), so this is totally allowed, and a very useful thing. But yea, under 100 you need a strong connection, or other players will got some spikes.

New patch 1.22 = You can do /fps and set it to whatever you like.
Ex: /fps 40 and your ping is set. I don't know much about it but it's built into Bnet, just like Health bars. :D
